Obsession Alert: Kelly Osbourne's Lavender Hair

I know it's like a year too late but it's actually been growing on me for some time now. What I am talking about is Kelly Osbourne's ever evolving, purple/lavender/grey/purple hair color. At first, I couldn't see any purpose to purple hair, as in what would it match with? But as time has gone by, I have begun thinking more and more about doing it myself, taking the plunge and dying my hair Kelly Osbourne purple. Here, let me show you some of what I am talking about.

I can honestly say that I never gave Kelly Osbourne's hair a second glance when it was black or even bleach blond but now, oh how I obsess over it. I have told anyone who would listen that I planned to make drastic changes to the hair after the wedding. For awhile it was "I am going to get a pixie cut straight away" then it turned to "Oh, I am going to keep the long hair and dip dye it ombre blue, theeeen cut it so that it's a pixie cut" but now people, I am seriously going to go Kelly Osbourne lavender or some shade thereof.

Part of me is concerned about looking professional in the worklplace but the more I think about it, the more I can pull it together. Also, I have some supportive friends who have told me not to worry about it because if people don't like it, they don't like it and would look for a reason to judge anyhow. I think this shade, despite some opinions, is super versatile and makes a statement, which I think I am at the point where I'd like to make it. I'm 30 and want lavender hair and I don't care what you have to say about it! Unless of course, you want to compliment me ;-).

What do you think? Should I take the plunge?
