Celebrity Inspired Winter Wear

I am currently looking for lots of outfit inspirations to get me through this Winter. It's so easy to hunker down, wearing sweaters and boots with no regard for looking fashion forward and only thinking about being warm... no, Amanda, no... don't give in to a complacent wardrobe! Where can you find new outfit ideas? Dur, celebrities. They have stylists who pick their clothes out for them, so why not take a couple notes from some of your fave celebs. Well, that's what I did. Check out some of my fave looks from the week, from some of my faves, and some attainable clothing options for us regular gals.

Rose Byrne: At the Killing Them Softly screening in NYC, Rose buttons up in a sheer floral shirt, a flouncy navy mini skirt and red lip.

What do you think? How do you switch it up for the Winter months?

  1. Awesome! I love the 2nd look :) Great finds to remake these celebrity outfits!

  2. all three different looks but I think my favorite is the last one, I just love long sweaters with skirts or sweater dresses with booties.

  3. Rose Byrne always looks gorgeous!

  4. Yeah, I love Rose Byrne like whoa... anything she shows up in, she looks gorgeous.

  5. Katharine McPhee has really grown on me so I thought this outfit was super cute and totally attainable for regular gals who don't have tons of moola. <3

  6. I have to agree Tany, there is something so cute about a sweater dress and tights. Plus, I know I am always comfy in that ensemble but without sacrificing the style!

  7. these are all super cute! you did a fabulous job recreating these looks. i tend to slack in the wintertime too in terms of choosing outfits and this is great inspiration.

  8. great post :) My other winter go-to is my fur bomber hat. So warm

  9. Awww man, I have always wanted a real fur bomber hat... I have one of the Lion Spirit Hoods which is warm but I look a tad ridiculous in it haha!
